Last night me and the gang from Tap headed out to the wilds of Clayton (to the Alexander Theatre @ Monash Uni actually) to see Cloc’s latest musical offering Hot Shoe Shuffle.
And what a night of musical theatre it was.

Mum and her Pakenham posse usually come down to the big smoke for the Sunday matinee performance of the Production Company.

Mame = Rhonda Burchmore. yes indeedy.
The final musical of The Production Company’s tenth anniversary season was Mame - a musical they performed in their first season.
Both times Rhonda Burchmore made the role of Mame her own – although, age wise, this Mame suited her better than ten years ago.

R.I.P Rob Guest
Rob Guest passed away overnight after suffering a massive stroke Tuesday night.
He was an excellent performer.
He followed Anthony Warlow into Phantom as the Phantom.
He was an excellent Valjean in Les Mis.
He was fantastic in the Production Company’s Music Man (as Prof Harold Hill)
